Plates Rib Plate: half slab of ribs covered in our mild sauce, served with one small and one large side item, bread and pickles. Pork Plate: 1/2 lb. pork covered in our mild sauce, served with one small and one large side item, bread and pickles. Chicken Plate: Half chicken served with our mild sauce on the side, served with one small and one large side item, bread and pickles. Pork Old Timer Plate: 1/2 lb. of pork covered in our mild sauce, served with one small side item, bread and pickles. Chicken Old Timer Plate: Half chicken served with our mild sauce on the side, served with one small side item, bread and pickles. Combination Plate (1/4 lb. pork covered in mild sauce and one chicken quarter-white or dark with sauce on the side) served with one large and one small side, bread and pickles. (Ribs can be substituted for chicken or pork for an additional charge) Sandwich Plate: sandwich (excludes ribs) served with one large side or two small sides. (refer to sandwich menu for all sandwich choices) Sandwich Combo: Sandwich (excludes Ribs) with one small side and a medium drink. (you can upsize your drink for an additional charge) Quarter Dark (leg and thigh) or Quarter White (breast and wing): served with one small side, bread and pickles.
Sandwiches Our pork and chicken sandwiches are served with bbq slaw, pickles and sauce on the sandwich. Our pork sandwich can be served chipped, chopped, or chipped on the block. Our chicken sandwich can be served chipped or chopped. Deli Ham and Deli Turkey sandwiches are served with lettuce, tomato, cheese. mayo and mustard on the sandwich. Rib sandwiches are not meant to be eaten as a sandwich due to the bones. They are 3 ribs covered in mild sauce served between two pieces of white bread. However, it is a less expensive way to try our ribs.
Salads Que Salad (most popular) includes lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, cheddar jack cheese. Topped with your choice of the following meats: Pork, Chicken, Ham, Turkey Garden Salad contains lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, cheddar jack cheese. No meat. Side Salad is a smaller portion of the garden salad with no meat. Que Salad and Garden Salad served with 4 oz. dressing of your choice Side Salad served with 2 oz. dressing of your choice Ranch, Ranch Lite, 1000 Island, Bleu Cheese, French, Italian, Honey Mustard
Wraps Barbecue Ranch Wrap: Chipped on the block pork, our mild sauce, ranch dressing, lettuce, tomato, melted cheddar jack cheese in a warm flour tortilla. Honey Barbecue Chicken Wrap: Chopped chicken, honey mustard dressing, and our mild sauce, lettuce, tomato, melted cheddar jack cheese in a warm flour tortilla. Buffalo Chicken Wrap: Chopped Chicken covered in Buffalo sauce with ranch dressing, lettuce, tomato, melted cheddar jack cheese in a warm flour tortilla. Custom Wrap: create your own with your choice of one meat and one salad dressing or sauce from our menu choices, lettuce, tomato, melted cheddar jack cheese in a warm flour tortilla.
Tasty Taters Que Tater: Oven baked potato topped with chipped on the block pork, cheddar jack cheese, our mild sauce, butter, and your choice of dressing on the side. (Ranch is the most popular) Loaded Fries: Generous portion of steak cut fries topped with chipped on the block pork, cheddar jack cheese, mild sauce, and your choice of dressing. Cheese Tater: oven baked potato topped with cheddar jack cheese, butter, and your choice of sauce/dressing. Cheese Fries: Generous portion of our steak fries topped with cheddar jack cheese and your choice of sauce/dressing on the side.
Nachos Bar-B-Que Nachos: Nacho cheese Doritos topped with cheddar jack cheese, chipped on the block pork, and served with a 4 oz. mild sauce on the side. Loaded Nachos: Nacho cheese Doritos topped with cheddar jack cheese, chipped on the block pork, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, jalapenos, and a 2 oz. dressing/sauce of your choice.
